Intermediate students will drill punch combinations and evasive maneuvers, and blocks. Advanced students will learn high-level ring strategies and participate in full-contact sparring.

BJJ is a grappling martial art that focuses on ground fighting, using joint locks and chokes to submit an opponent. Beginners will learn basic  movements, position control, and escapes. Intermediate students will drill submissions and do light rolling (i.e. sparring). Advanced students will learn high-level techniques and roll at a higher intensity. 

MMA

Mixed martial arts is a combat sport that blends elements from various striking and grappling arts, focusing on both stand-up and ground fighting. Beginners will learn basic movements, strikes, position controls, and escapes. Intermediate students will drill striking combinations, takedowns, and submissions. Advanced students will learn high-level octagon strategies and participate in full-contact sparring.

The science of the eight limbs and the national sport of Thailand, Muay Thai  is a combat sport that focuses on strikes with the fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Beginners will learn basic punches, kicks, and movements. Intermediate students will drill combinations, defense, and clinching. Advanced students will learn high-level ring strategies and participate in full-contact sparring.
